Discovery allows us to understand talent and organizational needs using a variety of methodologies. The more we know about the people, culture, and the business, the more our training recommendations support future growth and opportunities.
Our design approach is custom and human-centered. You won’t find an “off the shelf” program here, because we believe that matching content to business needs makes all the difference. Our design process is led by a cross-functional team of industry experts.
Execution of our programs includes recruiting industry experts, developing content, and designing activities that are action-oriented and hands-on. It's not enough to have a great learning experience, employees apply what they learned.
Evaluation is critical for understanding ongoing investment in training. We measure program success along the way and optimize content according to the changing needs of employees and business year over year.
Workshops are our speciality. Generally lasting two hours (virtual or in-person) and include instruction and activities as the main components to help employees walk away with new skills and transfer new material.
We partnered with Giide to develop audio classes from internal and external experts that are easy to consume and share. Our version of "virtual learning", moving beyond video to a new interactive learning format.
As a break from the everyday, we design experiences outside of the office to connect teams, build culture, and inspire new possibilities. We might visit a coffee shop, museum, or take a long walk together through a park.
Pop-ups are non-traditional elements integrated into custom curriculum such as aesthetic and innovative experiences like hackathons, poetry slams, improv, graffiti, sprints, and storytelling.
These "bite-sized" < 30 min sessions can include a brief introduction of critical topics, best practices, trends, tech advancements, or a supplement to a previously taught workshop that fortifies learning and application.
Ongoing access to experts on an as-needed basis to support the evolution of skills and ways of working. Experts can be leveraged for a variety of purposes and tasks such as pitching and coaching.
