Our approach includes a four step process that ensures what we design for your organization and employees is a good fit. Each step of our process is highly collaborative focused on designing learning experiences that make a difference.

STEP ONE 
Seek

Discovery allows us to understand talent and organizational needs using a variety of methodologies. The more we know about the people, culture and the business, the more our recommendations support future growth and opportunities. We search for patterns and seek out organizational habits that define culture in order to develop new ways of working.

design
STEP TWO 
Synthesize

Design is custom and human-centered. You won’t find an “off the shelf” design solution listed, because we believe that matching  content to business needs makes all the difference. Our design process, a highly collaborative, iterative (and a little messy) process, is led by a cross-functional team of experts from mixed backgrounds.

execute
STEP THREE 
Make

Execution of our programs includes recruiting industry-leading teachers, developing interactive content, and activities that are action-oriented and hands-on. It'™s not enough to have a great experience in a class or workshop, employees have to go back to their desks and apply what they learned. The application of skillsets is our execution focus.

evaluate
STEP FOUR 
Iterate

Evaluation is critical for understanding ongoing investment in employees. We measure our success along the way and iterate programming according to the changing needs of employees and business.

OUR CLASS FORMATS

Class

This format is our bread and butter. Generally lasting 1.5 hours, classes include instruction, activity and Q&A as the main components to help employees walk away with solid retention and transfer of new material.

Workshop

Workshops are often more hands-on and can include a special project to allow for integrated and applied learning. Tools or special equipment are brought in as needed so attendees can experience the work first-hand. Workshops generally last 1.5-2 hours and are more immersive.

Field Trip

As a break from the everyday office environment, we plan visits to awaken the senses and encourage new possibilities. We emphasize emergent topics (such as mobile and user experience) through exploration and external discovery.

Pop-Up

"œPop-up" are our non-traditional elements integrated into the curriculum such as aesthetic experiences like hackathons, poetry slams, improv, and storytelling.

Byte

This "œbite-sized" course-type lends itself well to a brief introduction of a hot topics or a supplement to a previously taught class to fortify learning and application. The content is presented in a short (less than 45 minutes) format.

Installation

An installation, within the walls of your company, is a neutral creative space that would take employees out of their work environment and into a space bracketed for exploration, concept incubation, and idea sharing.
